Wedding Party Animals

Over the past 12 years of photographing weddings in the North Florida area, I have I seen a number of changes to our local wedding industry. Numerous new venues and businesses have sprung up to accommodate the brides and grooms that come to this area to share their big day with their friends and loved ones. Through all of these changes, however, one venue that has maintained its reputation for offering its clients the very best is The White Room. With three unique venues under its management, The White Room offers many options to dazzle a prospective bride and groom on their big day.

It’s only natural that our recent couple, Andrea and Chris, chose The White Room to host their wedding day. The Grand Ballroom was the perfect refuge from the warm summer day, with it’s beautiful east-facing windows providing guests a stunning view of the Bridge of Lions.

The wedding was a classic black tie affair, with upwards of 125 guests, and afterward I brought our beautiful couple through the streets of historic downtown. Saint Augustine is like a movie set, everywhere you turn is one amazing backdrop after another. After a night spent on the dance floor, our couple had a big send-off with sparklers to start their marriage off right!
